Who we are

About Skirt Pants

We are creating a network of relationships and activities that help us develop our full potential through various impact projects.
2018
Women in power
The Argentine “Pollera Pantalón” Initiative, founded by Fabiana Ricagno in 2018, seeks gender equality and greater inclusion of women in leadership positions in the public and private sectors. We are a women’s organization that works to obtain information on international trends and best practices, dialoguing with global leaders. We come together to share knowledge and seek entrepreneurship opportunities in areas of interest.

2019
Women for more
Between 2018 and 2019 we developed local missions (Azul 2019) and international missions (United Kingdom, 2018; Israel, 2018 and Armenia, 2019) to promote dialogue and cooperation between Argentina, its leaders and the world. In the Pollera Pantalón Reino Unido programme, a variety of meetings were of particular importance, the focus of which was on the influence of the W20 and the B20 at the G20 summit – which was to take place in the Argentine Republic in November 2018.
2020
Consolidation
Our profile was definitively consolidated during 2020 when we achieved a comprehensive approach to topics of interest. We organized multiple seminars and virtual interviews with opinion leaders in the economics, politics and business sectors, as well as with prominent figures in science and the media, and representatives of multi-sector global organizations.
2021…
The future
Each activity we carry out strengthens our relationships, creating a virtuous circle of professional and personal enrichment. We come together to achieve group goals, promoting the best version of each woman. Since 2021, we decided to expand our actions with an award that makes outstanding women visible and integrates their ideas into Pollera Pantalón. We also began to participate in donation campaigns, adding value through financing, mentoring, and other activities. To advance these plans, we are converting our initiative into a civil association.
